Tokibune is DimeTime’s NFT, which combines our major theme, “time,” with the Japanese pronunciation of “sailboat,” which has the idea of companionship. It has an appealing aesthetic and is based on the concept of warm analogue sensation.

Tokibune is made up of four distinct parts: the flag, the sail, the body, and the rudder. Your Tokibune will be the only one of its kind on the entire planet.

Then there’s the bottom, which takes on various forms depending on the course it takes. For example, if it was obtained by breeding, the sea wave bottom would be applied, however if it was obtained through the community OG role, the magic circle bottom would be applied.

Tokibune is available in five classes: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary, with the backdrop color varying according to the class.

Tokibune can breed to birth a new Tokibune (called “Building” in DimeTime). If you create two Tokibunes of the same class, you can probabilistically acquire the next class of Tokibune. To do the “Building,” you will need $DTC earned on DimeTime. We’ll tell you more about our game token, $DTC in the following articles.
