A:
The basic system of the application is almost complete, but we are still experiencing issues with some external systems such as the wallet and platform.
It is difficult to disclose all the specifics, but there are some issues that require collaboration with other companies, such as the wallet linkage and the continued issues with bridging between the hub layers of HOME Verse, and it is taking time to resolve them one by one, We are still working on new issues.
In addition to the major issues, we are also working on minor design, UI, and balance issues, but we do not consider them to be of concern. Incidentally, the localization work will be applied after the overall content is completed, so it may take some time due to bugs that may occur as a result of the language pack, but we do not expect it to be as long a delay as it has been in the past.

A:
It would be difficult to disclose the specifics of the detailed bugs and numbers, but there were 102 function-related problems, of which 86 have been resolved. (Based on the AMA day.) The time required varies depending on the contents.
The time required varies depending on the contents, but the remaining 16 items, especially the critical bugs and the additional bugs derived from them, are taking a lot of time.
The other bugs are bugs that can be fixed rather easily collectively, but we were not able to fix them yet because they are related to other bugs and specification modifications for the project. Incidentally, besides the functional bugs, we have been fixing graphics and text bugs frequently, and we are still in the process of confirming the reflection of localization systems.

A:
The cause itself was understood, but there were difficulties with a fix in the form of resolving only the cause, as new problems would arise again. After the fixes are tested, and when it is finally determined that there are no problems, we will enter the store review process, and if it passes, we will be able to release the schedule. The store review is a particularly difficult part of releasing the schedule.

A:
Minor bugs still exist and are not perfect, but basic functionality is complete in development, and wallet linkage and transaction-related errors are taking significant time.
Localization may take some time as well. The translation itself is complete.

A:
Our engineer-centered development team is currently working time-based.
Since this is the first time that we are coming out of the Oasys platform in the form of an application, we are in continuous contact with HOME Verse team and the reality is that we are experiencing a lot of issues. Fixing them has been challenging and has taken a lot of time.

A:
Our producer, Benjamin, has over 20 years of gaming experience, and our client and server engineer developers are also made up of people with nearly 20 years of career experience in games and other services.
The team as a whole has developed services using blockchain technology since 2018, but this is the first P2E service related to cryptocurrency and NFT.

A:
The team has 11 members.

A:
Currently, we are making efforts to finalize and visualize the schedule, and we are working hard to make as much progress as possible in the right direction for those areas that we had no choice but to change, without making major changes to the milestones that were set early on themselves.

A:
Internally, we are in the process of determining our goals.
Currently, the release is our top priority, but we are also planning for four additional major system updates after the release, and we are in the process of updating the relevant content little by little with an update in mind.

A:
We simply decided that it was not a good idea to reliably announce a release date to users under uncertain circumstances, and internally we are proceeding with our highest priority goals.
Of course, it would have been nice if we could have kept to the published schedule, but in the case of Web3 content, if a bug occurs, unlike conventional game operations, it cannot be undone, so instead of forcing a release, we should be somewhat flexible with the schedule and release under conditions where there are no build issues. (We are focusing on the following)

A:
We tried to provide utility through pre-launch events, but it was difficult to give back to the holders. While we cannot complement the value at the time of purchase, we will strive to maintain the value of the NFT on an ongoing basis.

A:
Basically, the plan is to qualify users for Legendary purchases based on past snapshots, which will be users who have held at least 3 or more based on past snapshots. Of course, a purchase eligibility whitelist may be added in the future, in addition to users who were eligible in past snapshots. Since we have determined that the whitelist is a benefit for holders in the first place, we are not considering any additional discounts for Legendary sales.
However, we plan to complement the benefits offered by owning multiple NFTs with enhanced in-game content, such as the booster system, collection system, and crafting system, which we plan to update in the future.

A:
We apologize, but the reality is that it is difficult to set a definite schedule.
Internally, we expect it to be in September or October, and we will be able to finalize a more precise date after the store review is approved.
As we mentioned earlier, we are experiencing delays due to a number of important issues, and another major reason we are unable to finalize a timeline is that the rejection rate for blockchain-related apps has been increasing recently, and if rejected, we expect it will take some time to resolve those issues as well. We expect that it will take some time to resolve the issue in the event of a rejection.
At this time, we believe that the best response and compensation for delays is a quick and as defect-free release of the project as possible. After that, as the various situations improve, the management will be able to provide more to the holders. So we ask for your understanding of the current situation.

A:
The final decision was made by the director, and although we took some variables into account when we first set up the roadmap, there were many variables that we did not anticipate in the initial stages that were identified during the latter half of the development process. I believe that the inability to address new issues along the way and change the roadmap ultimately led to long-term schedule delays at the end. We initially tried to match the roadmap, but after overall coordination with the developers and QA and management personnel, we decided that the situation was uncertain and decided to announce that we would hold off for a while on a definite schedule. This was especially true for the store rejections that we talked about in other questions, even more so since it is clearly not a situation we have any control over.

A:
It is difficult to give specifics, but we are not hiring additional people and are focusing all possible resources on DimeTime.
In the meantime, we are in the process of hiring a QA person, but have determined that this will not have a significant impact on the schedule.

A:
Being new to blockchain projects, I have to admit that there was a lack of experience. We benchmarked the schedules of other projects to some extent, and based on that we were able to go somewhat on schedule until the sale, but there were many unexpected aspects of the development that continued to cause delays.
In addition, there were significant changes in the external environment, and technical difficulties existed in understanding and adapting to them anew. Simply put, there were errors in judgment, and we recognize that the NFT business is in a difficult situation overall, but in order to maintain the value of our NFT, we will collaborate and hold events prior to release as well as after release to maintain the value and the systemic holder of the application. We will strive to provide utility.

A:
Although there were some cases of missing information due to delays in development, we anticipate sharing through weekly updates, and we are sharing about the system through the actual application guide. Additional developments will be made available in the future.

A:
DimeTime is a focus timer app and was designed to be used by traditional web2 users together. Therefore, there is no problem in using the app without linking a wallet.
When you perform the timer function, you will earn POT and DTC as rewards, but you will only receive DTC if you have linked your wallet.

A:
Since it is an essential feature and we are the first to come out with it in the form of an application on the Oasys platform, there are various trial and error aspects. We are continuously collaborating with the HOME Verse team to modify it.

A:
Brief details of the game are presented through the App-guide channel, but if there is anything you would like to know more about, we would be happy to provide specific details as needed if you would like to provide feedback to our moderators and supporters through the general discussion board.

A:
The basic function of the application is to allow users to focus on other things without using their smartphones for a certain period of time and be rewarded for doing so. Of course, the user may need to upgrade the Tokibune depending on his/her judgment, as upgrading the Tokibune allows the user to receive more rewards, but to do so, the user must basically aim for success in focusing.

A:
The Legendary NFT will be sold after the release of the new product.

A:
We have updated the roadmap with content in mind first through this year and early next year, but will add crafting and boosting features to the roadmap once we have a more precise timeline, which we expect to be within a year of release.

A:
Before and after the launch, we plan to introduce the application to new users with a more popular image based on the concept of a digital detox that can be used for ‘poikatsu(activities for earning points)’. The company also plans to work closely with Oasys and HOME Verse to promote the marketing of the app.

A:
We are currently holding off on aggressive marketing until we have a little more clarity on the release status, but we are working on a strategy to make a breakthrough after development and screening are complete and the release is set. Of course, we are planning to proceed with aggressive promotion after release as well.

A:
We have not finalized the campaign on Zealy or Galxe at this time, but are planning marketing efforts to make more users aware of the project after its release.

A:
Of course, we do not want a situation where the holders are dissatisfied, and we do not think it is good for the criticism to be directed at the moderators and supporters.
We are very sorry for the unavoidable delay in the schedule, and we would like the holders to recognize that the moderators and supporters are also holders and act as a bridge to the management side, and any criticism should be directed to us. Of course, as a communicator in the middle, you may feel burdened by criticism from holders, but we would appreciate it if you could tell the management as it is without any particular stress.

A:
We are planning a Season 3 Holder Event and hope to release the application as soon as possible.
As to your question about the next AMA, we do not have a set schedule at this time.

A:
We thought that the Japanese speakers would not have a problem, but we decided that we did not need to force an AMA just because there were few questions from English speakers. We planned to limit the number of questions to 10 for the implementation decision, but after consulting with moderators and supporters, we changed our policy to answer all of them.

A:
We will not be holding an AMA every time we receive questions, but this time we will proceed with the moderators’ input to alleviate some of the frustration and anxiety of users due to the delay, and if there is information to be announced, we will try to share it through weekly announcements, even if it is not an AMA.
We will also consider a contact point for users to ask questions and a way to communicate more than we do now.

A:
I am not at liberty to give specifics, but we are in a position to internally finance the additional costs incurred due to the postponement. We also have some leeway with the grant we received from Oasys.

A:
For various reasons, we have decided not to exhibit at TGS, but are considering exhibiting at TGS in other ways. We are also considering other marketing methods to increase awareness.

A:
This tag feature is a statistic to see where users themselves have concentrated more, and is not a requirement to get a PoT.

■Comments from the producer (Benjamin)

It has been about a year since we came up with the idea of DimeTime.
There have been some difficulties in terms of funding, bugs, and technical issues, but we are not going to give up and will continue to release the product until the end, which will be the point where we will start anew. I am looking forward to seeing how we can provide you with the digital detox experience that we had in mind from the beginning through proper operation. As the person responsible for the delay, I would like to express my sincere apologies. I hope that we can talk to you again with the released product. Thank you for your continued support.
